Salary:£20,200 + Performance related Bonus – up to 10%
Develop working relationships with all stores on your territory, constantly improving brand awareness and availability, and increasing knowledge of the Beiersdorf portfolio across all staff levels. Whereby maximising sales opportunities at a local level and creating an impact on sales.
Functions and Responsibilities
To clearly understand and demonstrate the Beiersdorf Retail Advisor role, current client brief, key result areas and how these are influenced.
To achieve 100% coverage of the territory, and to be responsible for updating outlets changes at all times, visiting each store on your call file as per Journey Plan
To consistently identify and deal with the decision-maker in every outlet visited
To positively increase Beiersdorf profile within your territory, by providing high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
Complete in-call procedure following “The steps to the call’ standards
To effectively utilise all the sales tools made available. Sales tools are – Product catalogues, promotional information, market and brand information, tablet, presenters, leave behinds, Point of Sale material
Ensure compliance of promotions currently running. Compliance relates to In stock, right price, right position, right space on or off main fixture
Ensure maximum store awareness, compliance and execution of all New Product Launches
Identify and implement local opportunities through the use of sales data
Reporting on market intelligence and competitor activity
To ensure that your results are correctly downloaded via the Tablet on a daily basis or as directed by line manager or the office.
Ensure that the ‘in-car’ point of sale material and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet retailer’s needs at all times. This must be stored in an orderly manner
To attend all, and actively contribute to, the monthly Team Meetings.
The jobholder of this position will have access to restricted and sensitive business and personal information; the requirement for confidentiality on all matters that could be deemed sensitive is absolute.
The jobholder must hold a valid, clean driving license as defined in the staff handbook.
